The room was clean, tidy, and a perfect size for solo travelers. The hotel staff was nice and helpful, making my stay comfortable. The view from the room showcased the iconic Hong Kong buildings. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and the hotel had attractive Chinese decor. The open deck lounge area was a pleasant place to relax, and the complementary evening drinks and snacks were a nice touch. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a varied selection. The hotel's location in a bustling neighborhood meant there were plenty of eating options nearby. It was also within a reasonable walking distance to the central station and airport express.

The bed and pillows were comfy, room space was more than expected. Happy Hour with free wine and Celebrity Cuisine Michelin Star resto were fantastic. We appreciated the FREE Smart Phone usage with 4G internet and free calls to some countries. The open-air lounge with free coffee/tea/snacks all day was perfect, and the location was great for exploring the LKF area.

Great view of the harbor from the room with large windows on two sides. The natural light and scenery made my stay enjoyable. The staff were attentive and efficient in accommodating my needs. Although there was no room cleaning, they provided clean towels and linen upon request.
